I'm a personal trainer, nutrition coach, and lifelong organic farmer. I believe strength is valuable for everyone... and at every age.
I've spent my adult life farming. That means working with my hands, moving my body, and learning firsthand what functional strength really means. Farming taught me how powerful it can be to make simple, consistent movements. That philosophy now shapes the way I train my clients.
I was certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) in 2025.
My specialty is in-home personal training and I focus on functional movements that support confident, real-life movements; such as lifting, carrying, and balancing. My goal is to help you build strength that translates beyond the gym. That could mean keeping up with your kids, staying active as you age, or simply feeling better in your body. I like focusing on the core functional movement patterns: push, pull, hip hinge and squat.
I'm passionate about making strength training approachable, sustainable and empowering. Alongside movement, I offer nutrition coaching to support energy, recovery, and long term health. At whatever level you're starting, I'm here to help you get stronger for life.
I understand we all lead busy lives, and scheduling can be difficult. I offer evening and weekend flexibility to accommodate your life.
I live on a road named Rogue and love the woods that surround me. I want to encourage people to think differently of exercise. Let's move our bodies more in life, beyond just the 150 minutes of moderate intensity that health organizations suggest. Live longer, better.
My basic rate is $60 for an hour, or $50 for 45 minutes.
We can also discuss payment blocks. For example, a block of 10 sessions, or a monthly rate.
